Completed transactions, occupations and construction starts during the fourth quarter, 2020
Wallenstam has completed a total of 652 rental apartments during the fourth quarter of the year. Construction started of 84 apartments in Bandhagen Centrum in Stockholm. The development property New York at Gärdet in Stockholm was completed and sold, and in addition, Wallenstam purchased land for further new production in central Gothenburg.
In Bandhagen Centrum, Wallenstam is constructing 84 rental apartment units, which are planned to be ready for occupation during 2022. All in all, Wallenstam now has 2,321 apartments under construction, after 652 rental apartments were completed and occupied during the quarter in the following projects.
- 18 apartments in Parkstråket 1, Haninge. The project involves a total of 154 apartments, of which 17 are co-living apartments with a total of 85 rooms for rent. 36 apartments were occupied during the third quarter.
- 58 apartments in Söra Kvarter, Österåker. The project involves a total of 305 apartments. 109 apartments were occupied during the third quarter.
- 100 apartments of 221 in total in Allén, Tyresö.
- 46 apartments of 131 in total in Parkstråket 2, Haninge.
- 75 apartments in Umami Park, etapp 1B, Sundbyberg, which are now fully completed.
- 106 apartments of 141 in total in Umami Park, etapp 2, Sundbyberg.
- 82 apartments of 336 in total in Elisedal, Gothenburg.
- 77 apartments of 138 in total in Godhems Backe, Gothenburg.
- 61 apartments of 123 in total in Kv. Rosengången, Mölnlycke Fabriker, Härryda.
- 29 apartments in Sten Stures kröningar, Regenten, Gothenburg, which are now fully completed.
In addition, the development project New York, Gärdet, with 50 apartments, was completed and sold. The property was vacated on December 15, 2020. The transaction was announced in a press release on June 18, 2020.
On December 1, the property Lorensberg 21:3 at Carlandersplatsen in central Gothenburg was taken into possession, which consists of land for future new production. The property was acquired via a company transaction, which was announced in a press release on the same day.
Wallenstam has also acquired a further 3,597,500 shares in Convendum, which carried out a new issue. Wallenstam now owns a total of 34.6 percent of the capital and 31.6 percent of the votes in Convendum.
