Completed transactions, occupations and construction starts during the second quarter, 2022

During the quarter, Wallenstam has started the construction of 322 apartments in total and completed 260 rental apartments and now has 1,671 apartments under construction. Three wind farms with a total of 13 wind turbines located in electricity price zone 2 have been vacated.  

During the quarter, Wallenstam started the construction of 296 rental apartments in Kv. 6 in the urban development project Kallebäcks Terrasser and eight cooperative apartments in the form of terraced houses in the Pixbo Sjöterrass project. In addition to this, construction started of 18 rental apartments in a reconstruction project where lofts and commercial premises are being converted into apartments. 

All in all, Wallenstam now has 1,671 apartments under construction, after 260 rental apartments were completed in the following projects.

• 84 apartments in Stationshuset in Stockholm. The project is fully completed.
• 72 apartments in Flanören in Rosendal, Uppsala. The project involving a total of 156 apartments is now fully completed. 
• 103 apartments in Kallebäcks Terrasser Kv. 11, Gothenburg. The project involving a total of 270 apartments is now fully completed. 
• 1 apartment in a reconstruction project was completed. 

Wallenstam has sold and vacated three wind farms with a total of 13 wind turbines, all located in electricity price zone 2. The transaction was announced in a press release on June 7, 2022. 

In addition, Wallenstam has acquired the property Sicklaön 134:36, consisting of land, from Nacka Municipality. The property was taken into possession on May 20 and the purchase price amounted to approximately SEK 224 million.

During the quarter, Wallenstam has acquired additional shares in Ferroamp through a directed new issue. The participating interest amounts to just over 7 percent of the total number of shares. Wallenstam has also divested all of its shares in SBB.
