Completed transactions during the fourth quarter 2018

Wallenstam is acquiring more newly issued shares in Convendum, and owns 25 percent of the total number of shares in the company. During the quarter, further transactions were carried out, among other things, shares in Exeger Sweden AB were sold, as well as a property in Härryda and the wind power project Bjälebo.

In October, newly issued shares were acquired in Convendum, equivalent to 11.16 percent of the total number of shares, which was communicated in a press release on October 10, 2018. Additional newly issued shares have now been acquired. The transaction means that Wallenstam as of December 27, 2018, owns 25 percent of the total number of shares.  

“Convendum is specialized in a form of letting, which is very interesting for the future. We believe in the flexible coworking concept, and Convendum has a well-developed and attractive offer where we see interesting opportunities,” says Hans Wallenstam, CEO of Wallenstam AB. 

Apart from the acquisition of shares in Convendum, the following transactions were carried out during the quarter:

• The property Skäran 1 in Helsingborg was sold to Willhem. The property sale was announced in a press release on December 4, 2018.
• The property Härryda Mölnlycke 1:160 was sold to Härryda Municipality and was vacated on December 14, 2018.
• Wallenstam sold 870,000 shares in the company Exeger Sweden AB. Wallenstam’s holding now amounts to 1,000,000 shares.
• The wind power project Bjälebo in Oskarshamn Municipality was sold in the form of a company transaction to Jämtkraft AB. The transaction was completed on December 17, 2018.
• Two wind turbines each with a capacity of 2.0 MW will be acquired by Aranea as of December 31, 2018, of which one is located in the wind farm Anders Adlerborn, Köjkeberget in Vansbro Municipality, and the other is located in Påboda, in Torsås Municipality.
• The plot of land Härryda Solsten 1:115 will be vacated on December 31, 2018. The buyer is Aranea.
