Erik Åsbrink proposed as new member of Wallenstam Board At the Annual General Meeting on 23 May, 2000, Erik Åsbrink will be proposed as a new member of the Board of Directors of Lennart Wallenstam Byggnads AB. Re-election of the following members will also be proposed: Sören Mannheimer Chairman Christer Villard Deputy Chairman Marie-Anne Lervik Nivert Lennart Svensson Hans Wallenstam Anders Berntsson The Annual General Meeting will be held in Wallenstamsalen, Stadsmuséet, Norra Hamngatan 12, Gothenburg, Sweden.
