Events during the fourth quarter, 2024
During the quarter, Wallenstam completed and let a further 75 apartments in the Nacka Grace rental apartment project. Wallenstam now has 1,304 apartments under construction.
The high-profile Nacka Grace project in central Nacka comprises a total of 169 rental apartments, of which 103 apartments in total have now been completed and let.
During the quarter, Wallenstam also signed an agreement for the acquisition of the Sergel’s scraper in central Stockholm, which was announced in a press release on October 10, 2024. The property was acquired from AMF Fastigheter for a purchase price, which was based on a property value of SEK 2.8 billion. It will be taken into possession in January 2025.
In addition, Wallenstam has signed an agreement for the sale of four commercial properties in Gothenburg for an agreed property value totaling SEK 1,250 million. The buyer is Safjället Fastigheter AB, which will take possession of the properties on February 3, 2025. The transaction was announced on December 12, 2024.
