Wallenstam has signed a lease with Falck for just over 1,000 square meters at Vasagatan 45, very close to Avenyn in Gothenburg. Falck is already a tenant in the building with one of the group’s businesses located there and is now expanding its commercial floor space at the same address. A central location with proximity to good communications was crucial in the choice of premises.

Now the new premises will be adapted for the operations in order to offer a modern and flexible workplace. Preliminary occupation is expected by fall 2024.

“We are looking forward to bringing together several of our operations at the same address in Gothenburg, which will ensure better and more secure delivery of our customers’ orders. We only see advantages with having all our healthcare and crisis support operations under the same roof. We have had good cooperation with Wallenstam and look forward to continuing this,” says Aleksandra Garbeska, Regional Manager, Region South

“The Avenyn area is sought after by commercial tenants so we are  looking forward to welcome  Falck to new office premises here,” says Marina Fritsche, Regional Director Gothenburg and Vice CEO of Wallenstam AB.

“A central location with good communications nearby is a very important factor for us as it makes things easier for our customers. Meanwhile, we will continue to have premises that are located both in the southern and northern parts of Gothenburg,” says Aleksandra Garbeska.

With 1,000 experts based at almost 100 units all over the country, Falck is Sweden’s most comprehensive provider of healthcare and occupational healthcare services. For more than 100 years, the company has worked with safety, healthcare and sustainability in focus for the benefit of people, companies and society.
