Hala Khan new Letting Manager at Wallenstam in Stockholm
Starting from October 1, Hala Khan is the new Letting Manager at Wallenstam in the Stockholm/Uppsala region. Hala joins Wallenstam from Svenska Bostäder where she most recently worked as a real estate manager and deputy district manager. In the past five years, Hala has mainly worked with overall responsibility for letting and as a district economist.
“I am really looking forward to starting at Wallenstam and am happy about the confidence that has now been placed in me in my new role. It feels great to work with a clear customer focus in a listed company. Wallenstam’s breadth and excellent range of residential properties appeals to me and the conscious work with the entire chain from the first outline plans to the company’s own management operations and full focus on the customer,” says Hala Khan.
Hala will be responsible for the entire letting process in the Business Area, Residential in Stockholm/Uppsala and will be a member of the residential organization’s management team.
“It feels really great to welcome Hala on board. We have an exciting and intensive period ahead of us with occupation due to take place in almost 900 rental apartments in the Stockholm region through June next year. With our high new production rate more apartments will continue to become ready for occupation, so Hala’s skills and experience will come in very handy and will be extremely valuable for us,” says Malin Kernby, Business Area Manager, Residential in Stockholm/Uppsala.
