Handelsbanken extends and expands with Wallenstam

Handelsbanken on Första Långgatan in Gothenburg will modernize its office space and extend its lease by five years and Handelsbanken on Avenyn will rent additional floor space with Wallenstam. After the additional rental, the two bank branches will obtain more modern and customized banking environments of 1,500 square meters in total. 

Handelsbanken at Första Långgatan 24-26 has been located in its premises for a long time and is now choosing to modernize its office space with sustainability, greater digitalization and the customer interface in focus. There will be more modern meeting rooms, a new kitchenette and lounge environment as well as better staff areas for the active staff.

“We are extremely happy with both the location and the office itself here in Masthugget and look forward to an adaptation of the premises both to meet our customers in the best way in the future while creating a modern, sustainable and pleasant environment for our employees,” says Anders Olausson, Branch Manager of Handelsbanken on Första Långgatan.

At Kungsportsavenyn 34, Handelsbanken is increasing its floor space and is expanding after an additional rental of almost 800 square meters. The premises will be adapted in connection with this and are expected to be ready during the spring.
“Avenyn has a very good location and we are extremely happy in our premises. Through the additional rental, we will have a few more people in place and this will strengthen our offering with more specialists to meet customer demand,” says Veronica Wallin, Branch Manager of Handelsbanken at Kungsportsavenyen 34.
