Among Wallenstam’s larger recent office lets, a strong interest is being noted for central premises in Gothenburg at addresses such as Kungsportsavenyen, the Långgatan streets, Västra Hamngatan, Inom Vallgraven and Gårda. The tenants include businesses and companies within security, services, accounting, consulting activities, specialists in surveillance solutions and the non-profit organization the Rescue Mission (Räddningsmissionen), which Wallenstam has supported since the outset in 1952.

We note a stable demand among both tenants that are growing and developing along with us and several new tenants where the location has always been an important factor in the choice of premises. In November and December, we have completed commercial lettings of about 8,900 square meters in total,” says Marina Fritsche, Regional Director Gothenburg and Vice CEO of Wallenstam.

One of the new commercial tenants is Espresso House, which is moving into Avenyn 33 in March next year. “We have had very good cooperation with Wallenstam and are happy to further expand this by moving our Gothenburg office to Kungsportsavenyn. We are looking forward to moving into centrally located offices with an optimized design for our business,” says Johan Gederberg, Expansion Manager at Espresso House.

Securitas Sverige is also moving into new premises in March next year. They are moving to Gårdavägen 1. “We have searched for a long time for a premises that maintains a high standard and which meets the requirements we are asking for, so it was a perfect match when we contacted Wallenstam, which could meet our needs.
