Wallenstam has signed a lease agreement with IWG (International Workplace Group), which will open a new unit by September 1 in Convendum’s former premises in Umami Park, Sundbyberg. The office space at Odlingsgatan 7 consists of bright, furnished, ultra-modern offices where IWG – part of a global network of serviced offices and business communities with 2.5 million members – will now establish its presence under the Spaces brand.

“For more than 30 years, we have helped businesses to find and create the perfect workplace for their employees and we are really looking forward to our opening in Umami Park very soon. It will be another great unit offering bright, inspiring workspaces in an excellent location in the Stockholm area,” says Patrik Ölvebäck, Nordic Manager for IWG.

“It is really great to welcome Spaces to Umami Park, a business that will contribute nicely to the development of the area, and at the same time, it demonstrates the attractiveness of environmentally certified, newly renovated office premises in a good location,” says Jonas Petri, Chief Account Manager Commercial for Wallenstam in Stockholm.

Spaces is a part of IWG’s global network of workplaces that has so far created a global business community of serviced offices. With brands such as Regus, Spaces, HQ, Signature and No18, they offer a flexible portfolio of office solutions worldwide including serviced offices, coworking and meeting rooms.
