Wallenstam has signed a lease with L2 Fastigheter for 420 square meters at Vasagatan 43 B in Gothenburg. In October, they will move into their new office premises in the Avenyn area.

L2 Fastigheter is a development-focused property company based in Gothenburg. The company was founded in 2013 and today owns properties in Gothenburg, Borås and Mölndal Municipality. They are already a tenant of Wallenstam and will now move up a gear to a larger office space on two floors high up at Vasagatan 43 B.

“It feels extremely nice to welcome L2 Fastigheter to the Avenyn area during the fall. It is really great when our customers grow along with us like L2 Fastigheter are now doing,” says Marina Fritsche, Regional Director for Gothenburg and Vice CEO of Wallenstam.

“We are now really looking forward to our move this fall to fine new premises in an excellent location. We are growing and needed to expand our office space in connection with this. To remain as a tenant with talented sector peers while being involved from the beginning in the adaptation and development of our new office premises feels really great,” says Karl Ljunggren, CEO of L2 Fastigheter

Ahead of the move, the premises will be adapted with sustainability in focus. Ample entry of light from several directions is prioritized, the existing style and glass partitions will be retained and doors reused and moved around as much as possible.
