Närhälsan to establish in Kallebäcks Terrasser
By fall next year, Närhälsan will open a new healthcare center and children’s healthcare center in Wallenstam’s urban development area Kallebäcks Terrasser. Närhälsan will establish its operations on just over 600 square meters in the newly constructed office building in the area.
“Närhälsan’s establishment in Kallebäcks Terrasser will be a really great addition to the area and to Kallebäck in general. To date, we have had the pleasure of welcoming just over 500 new residential tenants as well as commercial actors such as Nordic Wellness, Bico and Cellink to the area,” says Marina Fritsche, Vice CEO and Regional Director of Wallenstam in Gothenburg.
“Närhälsan is looking forward to establishing a new healthcare center in this expansive area. Kallebäck is undergoing a major transformation and we are happy to be part of the district’s development,” says Monika Beiring, Chairman of the Board in Närhälsan.
“Kallebäck is a fast growing area and we are happy to soon be able to offer good local care to those who live and work in this exciting district,” says Head of Primary Care Annika Leidenhed.
The construction of Kallebäcks Terrasser began in 2019. When fully developed, the area will consist of almost 2,000 new homes, a new school, nursery school, offices, restaurants, cafés and local services. Construction is currently in progress of a school, nursery school and another four residential blocks with fine commercial premises in the ground floors.
