Through an innovative and smart reallocation of floor space, Wallenstam’s tenants on Avenyn can expand their businesses. Lindex and Kvarterskliniken are growing into both new and larger areas and the successful data consulting firm Logikfabriken is choosing Wallenstam and Avenyn for its new office.

In Kopparhuset at Kungsportsavenyen 33, Lindex is expanding its retail space on the ground floor.  The previous retail space on the second floor is now being reconstructed for Kvarterskliniken, which is leasing an additional 640 square meters.

“For a long time we have had the ambition to open a modern rehab center along Avenyn for those who live and stay in the inner city. Now we are looking forward with excitement to be able to welcome the public in March 2022 to Kvarterskliniken’s first and brand new rehab center in Gothenburg,” says Nick Johansson, CEO Medtanken Group/Kvarterskliniken.

“We are happy together with Wallenstam to be involved in the development of Avenyn where we have been present for many years. With the best location, we are looking forward to welcoming all our loyal customers as well as new customers to our inspiring and easily accessible full-service store on one floor,” says Ann-Christine Bergstrand, Region Manager Lindex Sverige.

At Kungsportsavenyn 29, Vigårda’s upper floor has been rebuilt and is being adapted to provide new office premises for Logikfabriken, which will move from Packhuskajen to Avenyn early next year.

“We are a smaller but expanding IT consulting company and the office is an important part of our identity and culture. We want to create a meeting place where everyone shall feel happy and also get energy and inspiration. To be able to do this in the middle of Avenyn in Gothenburg, with all the choices available right outside the door, good connections with public transport and an address that everyone knows – it does not get much better than this,” says Daniel Kretz from Logikfabriken’s Management team.

To have the possibility to meet our customers’ wishes and convert both retail space and restaurant into office space feels really great. Through this reallocation, we can help our customers to develop and also welcome new tenants to the area,” says Marina Fritsche, Vice CEO and Regional Director of Wallenstam.

Adaptations of premises, and redistribution of floor space are now in progress on the ground floor and second floor in order to soon welcome new and old tenants to new fresh looking premises.
