New member of Wallenstam’s Group Management
Marina Fritsche will succeed Thomas Dahl and will become responsible for the Gothenburg business area when Thomas Dahl leaves his position on June 30. From July 1, Marina will become a member of the Group Management team.
“I am very happy that Marina Fritsche has accepted the assignment to become responsible for the Gothenburg business area. Marina has worked in the company for many years and has solid experience in matters relating to urban development, property management and new construction,” says Hans Wallenstam, CEO of Wallenstam.
Marina Fritsche has held a number of senior positions in the company. She started as a project leader in 2005 and has worked as a technical manager and for the past six years as Business Area Manager, Residential for Wallenstam’s construction and property management operations in the Gothenburg business area.
“I am accepting this assignment with great enthusiasm. With our customers, new construction and urban development in focus, I am looking forward to continue developing Wallenstam’s business in the Gothenburg region together with all of our fantastic employees. We have many exciting projects and ambitious plans in urban development over the next few years, which feels very inspiring,” says Marina Fritsche.
Marina was born in 1967 and holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology (1990-1995).
