Nordic Wellness is establishing in Kallebäcks Terrasser
Wallenstam welcomes Nordic Wellness to Entré Kallebäck, the large commercial property in the growing urban development area Kallebäcks Terrasser in Gothenburg. Early next year, Nordic Wellness will open its newly constructed training facility of just over 1,000 square meters in the property, which is now in the process of being completed. New and old members can then exercise in a new, fantastic premises with panoramic windows in the property’s ground floor.

Nordic Wellness is one of Sweden’s leading companies in health and wellness training with more than 280 established training centers in Sweden. Their new training facility in Kallebäcks Terrasser will offer a broad range of the latest equipment, machines and group training in spacious premises. In addition, there will be a fitness section featuring treadmills, exercise bikes and rowing machines as well as opportunities for personal training workouts.

Just over a month ago, it was also announced that CELLINK’s bioprinting operations will establish in Entré Kallebäck. Now the letting of the remaining office space is continuing in the ultra-modern office building with occupation planned during 2022. The property is being constructed according to Green Building certification standards and will be self-sufficient in renewable energy. Internally-produced wind power together with 1,000 square meters of solar cell modules on the roof will contribute to a climate-smart everyday life for the tenants. Solar cell production will also generate locally produced electricity for the charging stations in the property’s garage.
Kallebäcks Terrasser has the best location close to communications, the city and nature. When fully developed, the area will offer 1,800 new homes, a local square with restaurants, cafés, local services and offices, a school, nursery schools and a completely new Nordic Wellness training center. The first residential tenants will be welcomed to their new homes already in the fall.
