There is a stable inflow of office lettings in central Gothenburg with Wallenstam. Leases have recently been signed for several smaller office premises and the tenants include a wide range of successful companies in many different sectors.

“We have fine, commercial holdings where the majority of the office space is concentrated in centrally located addresses in Gothenburg. We are noting, despite the situation we are in with the pandemic, a continued stable demand for office premises in attractive inner city locations,” says Marina Fritsche, Regional Director for Gothenburg and Vice CEO of Wallenstam.

The new slightly smaller office lets in central locations with Wallenstam include CEOS, which is moving into 150 square meters at Vallgatan 15, Nordkapital, which is moving into 111 square meters at Drottninggatan 22 and More Alliance, which is expanding its floor space by 162 square meters at Kaserntorget 6. In addition to this, Quokka is moving to 243 square meters at Kungsportsplatsen 1, Vaccina is temporarily leasing 360 square meters at Vädursgatan 5, Elsync is moving to 171 square meters at Södra Gubberogatan 20 and Visbook is moving to 323 square meters at Stampgatan 14, where Xamera is also moving into 213 square meters.

Taken together, these central and slightly smaller office lets will amount to just over 1,700 square meters in the near future.
