Start of construction of 184 rental apartments in Tyresö

Wallenstam is now starting new construction of 184 rental apartments in Tyresö, south east of Stockholm. The Trädgårdsporten project will consist of 184 rental apartments in three buildings, which are expected to be ready for occupation during the third quarter of 2017.

“We are maintaining a high tempo in our new construction projects and now we will continue to contribute to urban development in Tyresö with more than 180 new rental apartments,” says Mathias Aronsson, Deputy CEO of Wallenstam AB.

Trädgårdsporten’s 184 apartments are located in close proximity to the recently completed new construction Tyresö Trädgårdar with 114 cooperative apartments, which was carried out in collaboration with Oscar Properties.

Trädgårdsporten’s apartments will be built in the size 1-3 rooms and kitchen and the clear majority will be smaller apartments. All apartments will have a balcony or patio and together the three buildings will frame a common verdant courtyard. The architects for the Trädgårdsporten project are Sjögren Architect’s Office.
