The Melody Club promises new experiences on Teatergatan
Glamorous Eurovision stage or secret hard rock gig, everything is now possible at Teatergatan 26. Today, Friday March 18, The Melody Club is opening to offer Gothenburgers sparkling cocktails, a wonderful food concept and an exceptional karaoke experience. With make-up, wigs and stage clothes, there are all the conditions to perform on a private stage with high-class sound quality, play plugged-in instruments and personally choose the stage lights for the show.
“Finally, we can now welcome all guests. The Melody Club is a totally unique and new experience for everyone that likes karaoke in Gothenburg. For almost two hours, everyone can be superstars while enjoying really good food and delicious drinks with us,” says Miguel Moreno Operations Manager at The Melody Club.
On 600 square meters featuring ten unique lounge environments, The Melody Club offers guests access to instruments, costumes and make-up in every room. From three different screens, you can order food and drinks, choose the stage background, lighting and smoke effects. In order to test both the concept and the technology, a test facility has been built in Mölndal ahead of the actual opening.

The people behind The Melody Club are Magnus and Jessica Larsson and Fredrik Mattson. They all have extensive experience from the restaurant and entertainment industry and have built up the Pinchos restaurant chain over the past 10 years. The restaurateur couple Magdalena and Miguel Moreno are responsible for the day-to-day operations and marketing.
