Wallenstam has signed a lease with the Swedish Transport Administration for 1,450 sq m at Rosenlundsgatan 8 in Gothenburg. The premises are located on the 6th floor and will accommodate one of the Swedish Transport Administration’s office for the West Link rail project.

The premises will now be adapted for the new operations and will offer a modern and flexible workplace. Preliminary occupation is now expected by the summer of 2021.

It feels extremely nice to be able to welcome the Swedish Transport Administration to us and to our property at Rosenlundsgatan 8. Rosenlund is a popular area for offices with a very good location. The area is currently undergoing a period of transformation, with reconstructions and the West Link rail project. The decision to establish here now is an extremely good investment for the future as the area will thrive again,” says Marina Fritsche Regional Director Gothenburg and Vice CEO of Wallenstam AB.
