University of Gothenburg leases 3,700 square meters from Wallenstam

Wallenstam has signed a lease with the University of Gothenburg for a premises of 3,700 square meters with an entrance both from Första Långgatan 16 and Andra Långgatan 19. The premises will now be adapted and reconstructed in order to create five new examination halls with expected occupation in January 2025.

 The University of Gothenburg was founded as far back as 1891 and is one of Sweden’s largest universities with more than 53,000 students and 3,000 researchers, lecturers and PhD students. With almost 2,000 courses and more than 200 educational programs, the University of Gothenburg is one of Sweden’s top-ranked and most popular universities.
  
“To be able to help students at the University of Gothenburg test their knowledge in new efficient and attractive examination rooms from 2025 feels particularly positive for the future.
