Wallenstam announces tender offer regarding out-standing SEK bonds maturing on 23 November 2022

Wallenstam AB (publ) (the “Issuer” or ”Wallenstam”) has mandated Nordea Bank Abp to act as Dealer Manager for the tender offer below.

Wallenstam is offering holders of the Issuer’s outstanding floating rate senior unsecured bonds with maturity on 23 November 2022, with outstanding amount of SEK 250 million (ISIN: SE0010598870) (the ”Notes”),  to tender any and all of their Notes for purchase by the Issuer for cash (“Tender Offer”) at a price of 99.90 percent of the nominal amount, in addition to accrued and un-paid interest. The Notes will be repurchased subject to the terms and conditions described in the tender information document dated 26 September 2022 (“Tender Information Document”).

The Tender Offer expires at 12:00 CEST on 28 September 2022, unless extended, re-opened, withdrawn or terminated at the sole discretion of the Issuer. Settlement of the Tender Offer is expected to occur on 30 September 2022.
