Wallenstam deepens collaboration with the University of Gothenburg
The collaboration between Wallenstam and the University of Gothenburg is growing steadily. After putting five newly renovated examination halls into use at Första Långgatan 16 and Andra Långgatan 19 early in the year and signing a lease for just over 5,000 square meters at Rosenlundsgatan 8, the collaboration is being expanded by an additional 536 square meters for the university’s central archives at the same address. The total office space thus amounts to more than 9,200 square meters.
“It feels really great to further deepen our collaboration with the University of Gothenburg. In addition to bringing together their administrative management under the one roof in Rosenlund, they are now also supplementing this with their central archives at the same address, something we are happy to assist with,” says Marina Fritsche, Regional Director Gothenburg and Vice CEO of Wallenstam.
The University of Gothenburg was founded in 1891 and is one of Sweden’s largest universities with more than 53,800 students and 6,700 staff members. With almost 2,000 courses and over 200 educational programs, the University of Gothenburg is one of Sweden’s top-ranked and most popular universities.
