Wallenstam is establishing an MTN program (Medium Term Notes) with a framework amount of SEK 5 billion that will provide the opportunity to issue bonds in the Swedish market.

For this purpose, Wallenstam has prepared a base prospectus, which was approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority, today, on November 1, 2017. The base prospectus is available on Wallenstam’s website, www.wallenstam.se/mtn_en, and on www.finansinspektionen.se.

“We are actively working for efficient financing, by broadening our supply of capital, among other ways. The MTN program will serve as a complement to our current financing structure, which already includes some green bonds,” says Susann Linde, CFO and Head of Investor Relations.

Svenska Handelsbanken is the lead bank for the MTN program. Nordea Bank, Svenska Handelsbanken and Swedbank are participating as issuing agents. The law firm Vinge has acted as the legal advisor to Wallenstam.
