Wallenstam expands its residential property portfolio in Stockholm

Wallenstam expands its residential property portfolio in Stockholm Wallenstam has purchased a residential property, Timmermansgatan 38, in Stockholm. The property consists of 1,400 m2 in the form of 31 apartments and commercial floor space on the ground floor. The purchase sum is in the region of SEK 15 million and the take-over date was 1 March, 1999. Wallenstam has thus expanded its residential property holdings still further in an attractive area. This is fully in line with the company's strategy. The acquisition is expected to have a positive impact on Wallenstam's profit from 1999.
