Wallenstam leases out 5,500 m2 in Gothenburg region In the last month, Wallenstam has leased out about 5,500 m2 in the Gothenburg region. 4,100 m2 has been leased by the Municipality of Mölndal and Samhall Vinga. The remaining floor space has been leased by Danfoss, Kapp Ahl, Sigma Cad Support, Mercuri International, CBI Competens and other companies. These leases will generate about SEK 4.6 million in annual rental income for Wallenstam.
