Wallenstam lets a further 1,600 m2 in the Turitz Building, Gothenburg Wallenstam has let a further 1,600m2 in the so-called Turitz Building on Gamlestadsvägen in Gothenburg. New tenants are Swisslog Software and Svenska ESF Rådet. Mölnlycke Health Care, which is already a tenant, has leased additional floor space. These leases add about SEK 1.5 million to Wallenstam's annual rental income. Other tenants in the Turitz Building include the Swedish Post Office Administration, Inhouse Catering, Maximal Storköksinredningar, Relief Tryckeriet, Scan Prima and the Kortedala City District Committee. The property, which Wallenstam took over in August, 1998, has been leased out at a faster rate than planned. A large parking area adjacent to the property has been completed and this has substantially improved accessibility. The property's in-house systems for climate regulation and computer/telecommunications facilities have been modernised. In addition to the 4,000 m2 still to be refurbished for future tenants, Wallenstam is also planning to modernise the facade of the building. Negotiations are currently being held with a number of interested parties.
