Wallenstam rejoins Property Owner's Association Gothenburg First Region (Sveriges Fastighetsägare Göteborg Första regionen) During the year, the Property Owners' association has made major changes to its organisation which enable the association to better represent its members' interests. These changes include the establishment of a research department and an information department, which means that the association is now wellequipped to persue the property owners' core questions such as a lower tax burden for tenants and landlords and more equitable rent levels. Accordingly, Wallenstam has decided to resume its membership as of January, 2000.
