In light of the continued spread of Covid-19, a number of new measures have been decided on regarding Wallenstam’s 2020 Annual General Meeting, including a new venue and time as well as an advance voting possibility.

The venue for Wallenstam’s Annual General meeting has been changed. The 2020 Annual General Meeting will take place on Tuesday, April 28 at 3.00 p.m. at Wallenstam’s office, Kungsportsavenyen 2 in Gothenburg. As previously announced, Wallenstam, this year, will not offer refreshments or a mingle in connection with the AGM.

The Board of Directors has, in accordance with new temporary rules, decided to give shareholders the possibility of advance voting through postal voting instead of participating in person or by proxy.  Wallenstam encourages shareholders to use the advance voting possibility in order to help reduce the spread of infection. Advance votes must be received by Wallenstam no later than Friday April 24 at 4.00 p.m. A form with instructions is available on www.wallenstam.se/arsstamma.

The chairman of the AGM is proposed to be Per-Anders Aldeholm. Neither the Board of Directors, the auditor, the Nomination Committee nor the CEO will be physically present at the AGM.

The CEO’s statement will be recorded in advance and published on Wallenstam’s website in connection with the opening of the AGM. The Chairman of the Board’s statement is deleted from the agenda.
