Several of Wallenstam’s commercial tenants have recently agreed to increase their floor space in central Gothenburg. Meanwhile, brand new customers are being welcomed in areas such as interior design and healthcare. All in all, this involves new lettings of approximately 3,700 square meters at addresses such as Avenyn, Östra Hamngatan, Södra Gubberogatan and the newly constructed office building in Kallebäcks Terrasser.

For example, recent additional lettings made at Wallenstam include the Västra Götaland Region’s hearing unit on Södra Gubberogatan, Bergströms Ur on Östra Hamngatan, Götaplatsgruppens’s restaurant Vinbaren on Södra Larmgatan and Junggrens Café on Avenyn.

Examples of new commercial tenants are Blankdays, which has recently opened in Victoriapassagen and Närhälsan which will open a new healthcare center and child healthcare center in Kallebäcks Terrasser next fall.

“Attractive office and retail premises in central locations are always in high demand. We are both proud and happy that our existing tenants are choosing to continue expanding along with us. At the same time, we are looking forward to welcoming new exciting businesses,” says Marina Fritsche, Regional Director Gothenburg and Vice CEO of Wallenstam.
