Wallenstam’s Nomination Committee proposes Lars-Åke Bokenberger as new Chairman of the Board
Wallenstam’s Nomination Committee has decided to propose to the Annual General Meeting 2020 to elect Lars-Åke Bokenberger as the new Chairman of the Board.
Lars-Åke Bokenberger, born 1968, works as the Swedish Head of Equity at AMF, a position he will resign from before Wallenstam’s Annual General Meeting on April 28. Prior to this, he worked as an equity analyst and head of analysis at Alfred Berg Fondkommission. Lars-Åke has followed Wallenstam AB as an equity analyst and asset manager over a period of 28 years.
“It is really great that Lars-Åke has chosen to accept the invitation relating to the chairmanship of Wallenstam. Lars-Åke has followed Wallenstam’s work for many years and we have had a good dialogue and personal chemistry. He will complement Wallenstam’s Board in a very good way with his financial knowledge and background,” says Wallenstam’s principal shareholder Hans Wallenstam.
Lars-Åke Bokenberger also has an assignment as a board member of AMF Fastigheter since 2013.
The Nomination Committee’s other proposals will be announced in the notice convening the Annual General Meeting.
