Wallenstam sells in Uppsala

Wallenstam has today signed an agreement to sell a commercial property in central Uppsala. The property is being sold to Bonnier Fastigheter AB for an agreed property value of SEK 140.5 million.

“It feels really good to be able to pass on this fine centrally located property to Bonnier Fastigheter and thereby once again get to do a transaction together,” says Hans Wallenstam, CEO Wallenstam.

“We are looking forward to taking over the ownership and further development of this already well-managed property, which is an excellent fit for our existing holdings. It is also nice to continue our good relationship with Wallenstam,” says Tomas Hermansson, CEO Bonnier Fastigheter.

The property Dragarbrunn 20:6 with the address Kungsgatan 47 A–E/Vaksalagatan 14 comprises approximately 3,000 sq m, of which about 2,640 sq m is commercial floor space, mainly offices, and three apartments of about 370 sq m in total.

The agreed property value for the property, which is being sold through a company transaction, amounts to SEK 140.5 million. The buyer, Bonnier Fastigheter AB, will take possession of the property on April 3, 2023.
