Wallenstam sells to tenant-owners' association in Stockholm Wallenstam Stockholm AB has sold a residential property in Lindvallsplan in central Stockholm. The buyer is a tenant-owners' association, which will take possession of the property on 1 November. The purchase sum is SEK 32 million and indicates a direct rate of return of 3.5%. The selling price exceeds Wallenstam's internal market valuation as of 31-12-1999 by 52%.
