Wallenstam signs leasing agreement for 6,100 m2 in Gothenburg Wallenstam has leased 2,350 m2 of office space at Mölndalsvägen 36-38 to Mecel AB. The lease is for 5 years from 01-05-1999. Nobel Biocare AB has signed a lease on 950 m2 of office space at Mölndalsvägen 91. The lease is for 5 years from 01-05-1999. Falck Security has signed a lease on 2,800 m2 of office, storage and garage space at Vasagatan 3. The lease runs from 01-05-1999 to 31-12-2007. When these agreements come into force, there will be no vacant floor space at Mölndalsvägen 36-38, Mölndalsvägen 91 and Vasagatan 3. The three leasing agreements will generate annual revenues of about SEK 5.5 million and will have a positive impact on Wallenstam's profits from property management from 1999.
