As part of the agreement concluded with Willhem in December 2015 on a gradual acquisition by the company of Wallenstam’s properties in Helsingborg, the property Mässhaken 2 will be vacated as of today’s date. The agreed property value amounts to SEK 229 million.

“It feels really good to complete our agreement with Willhem through the handover of this property. Mässhaken 2 is another newly constructed, excellent property, which we completed in late 2018 and that Willhem will now take forward,” says Hans Wallenstam, CEO of Wallenstam.

The property Mässhaken 2 is located at Kantorsgatan 1-7 in Pålsjö in Helsingborg and has a lettable area of just over 5,100 square meters.
