Wallenstams buys commercial property in Gothenburg Wallenstam has purchased a 3,858 m2 commercial property in the Gamlestaden district from Celexa Fastighetskapital AB for SEK 9.5 million. The property is directly adjacent to several properties already owned by Wallenstam and is thus considered to be a natural complement to Wallenstam's commercial property holdings in Gamlestaden.
