Swedish 3D printer manufacturer Wematter makes advanced industrial technology available in a user-friendly all-in-one solution, which includes hardware and software. To meet increased demand, the company is investing 5 million in its own production facility for faster deliveries to customers.

The increasing demand for Wematter's 3D printing systems, including the Gravity SLS 3D printer, has led the company to scale up and invest in its own production facility to ensure that it can complete timely deliveries to customers. The company’s investment in enhanced production includes strengthening its team with four new employees.

"This is the first step in laying a solid foundation to start looking at different arrangements with contract manufacturers to reach the next milestone in our production plan. It's hugely motivating to work with the team to ensure delivery accuracy while pushing our Swedish-made systems to customers around the world," said Robert Kniola, founder and CEO of Wematter and continues:

"Demand is gradually increasing as a result of our sales and marketing efforts. The next step is to scale up our production capacity, which we have done by investing in our team and our own facilities, which are more than doubling in size which has led to a 1,500% increase in production capacity."
