With 3D Supplier, not far from our office by plane, selling and servicing the Gravity SLS 3D printing system, any company with a technical development team or a factory in the Benelux region can now buy a complete SLS 3D printing system.  All innovative companies can now print ductile polymer parts and components. It is really nice that our long relationship finally bears fruit and that we can plant our first machine in this region

We took major steps in 2021 to broaden our available market. This has so far led to cooperation agreements and deals in four of Europe's key markets. After a successful exhibition at Formnext which is the most important trade fair of the year, we continue ongoing dialogues with key markets, such as Germany, Spain, and Poland. Developing new materials and thus being able to broaden the scope of use of the SLS 3D printer Gravity is incredibly important and exciting for us. Of course, we want Gravity to work for as many people as possible, and, since plastics are used in so many different components, we need to have materials for different applications

Never before has it been easier to invite and collaborate on our SLS 3D printer Gravity. It is exciting to follow the development of Deep Space, which has become more comprehensive. It can now handle more users and larger industrial environments. We have recently focused on streamlining onboarding. A clear result is that several of our customers have gone from a few users to dozens with just a few keystrokes

For some time, our users have been able to invite colleagues on their own to use the Gravity 3D printer in the Deep Space software suite. This has been popular and therefore many users can now share the same Gravity. To simplify the process, we are releasing this new queuing function that simplifies the workflow, reduces material consumption and streamlines work for these customers

Since the launch of Density 2021, we have received a lot of positive feedback, suggestions for improvements, and requests for new functionality. It's been a challenge to put it all together in a nice package, but I think that Wematter has done well with Density 2022. We have prioritized user security in this release, which lowers the thresholds for the technology and broadens the user base

Due to global warming, Wematter is seeing climate change in the regions where we operate; we are seeing the ambient temperature around Gravity getting higher and higher. Customers who turn off their AC systems in the evenings and weekends to save on energy costs create changing ambient conditions around Wematter’s printers. As a result, Wematter has invested in more rugged technology

After a tough pandemic period, where many supply chains have had to shut down, we are seeing an increased interest from the market in having user-friendly polymer 3D printers with powder embedding technology. With more customer requests, the desire for more customised materials is also increasing. We have had an exciting year working on several different materials at Wematter. It is finally time to launch Aurora ESD, which allows customers to solve distribution challenges. Companies do not need to become vulnerable in the event of a pandemic, for example. They are also able to obtain unique properties at the component level with Wematter’s Aurora ESD. I am proud to present the result of the entire company's investment in new materials

The partnership with Ortho3D means that we are taking an important step into the UK market. I am also pleased to see that our trade show and marketing activities are having an impact, and that we are making important business contacts in Europe. We are looking forward to the SLS 3D printer Gravity entering the orthotics market and it feels great that we at Wematter can help such an important industry

I think it’s really cool that we can start from a powder and then achieve rubbery prints with such soft properties that Aurora TPU now offers. It is proof that Gravity as a platform has great potential, and that the technical solutions we have chosen have been the right way to go.
