Swedish 3D printer manufacturer Wematter makes advanced industrial hardware and software available in a user-friendly, all-in-one solution. Two new Directors, Christer Ljungberg and Magnus Titus were added to the Board during the company’s AGM.

Wematters’ 3D printing solution is poised for international expansion. Its hardware and software technology lowers the threshold for on-site use in customers' offices, thus creating new commercial opportunities. Christer Ljungberg and Magnus Titus will play a significant role in the company’s development. Their expertise and experience in the European 3D printing market will help the company grow on the Continent and beyond Europe. At the AGM, Håkan Dahllöf was also re-elected as Chairman of the Board.

"Christer and Magnus bring broad experience and important expertise in the development and internationalization to the company at a critical time in its growth. We make advanced industrial technology easy to use and are entering the next phase, which is launching our products in Europe, said Håkan Dahllöf", Chairman of Wematter.

Christer Ljungberg has extensive experience from various roles in growth companies that focused on SaaS. He has also worked at software companies in their sales and internationalisation divisions.  He is Chairman of Modelon AB, listed on First North, and the Norwegian group Visbook AS. He is a member of Exalt AB, which is listed on Spotlight.

"Wematter has positioned itself as the most promising company in 3D printing-as-a-service in the office environment. I look forward to contributing to the company's continued development in the extremely exciting international 3D market", said Christer Ljungberg.

Magnus Titus brings his 30 years of experience in management and CEO roles from several global industrial companies in various industries to bear at Wematter. He contributes strategic expertise and knowledge of business development, global marketing and sales, and acquisitions. Magnus is currently COO and advisor at the Nyköping-based company Trifilon A. He is also a board member of Sally R AB in Västerås.

"The potential in Wematter is enormous, which makes membership on the board  very interesting and exciting. My ambition is to contribute to the company's development and journey into the global market through my experience from similar companies and challenges", said Magnus Titus.

Admission took place in connection with the Annual General Meeting held on June 21 2021.
