Mr Green has today completed the acquisition of the Danish online gaming company Dansk Underholdning. By that, Mr Green has a casino license in Denmark and intends to launch
Mr Green in Denmark in 2017.

On February 6, 2017, Mr Green announced the acquisition of Dansk Underholning. The purchase was conditional on the approval of the Danish Gambling Authority, which has now been approved and the transaction can be completed.

“This is a part of our strategy of expanding to new geographic markets”, comments Per Norman, CEO of Mr Green & Co. “Since our focus is to expand in locally regulated markets, an establishment in Denmark is a natural step”.

The purchase is expected to have a positive effect on Mr Green’s earnings per share and operating cash flow in 2017.
