Mr Green strengthens management team by appointing General Counsel and Head of Investor Relations

The AktieTorget-listed Mr Green & Co AB has appointed Jan Tjernell as its General Counsel and Frida Adrian as Head of Investor Relations. Both positions are newly established as part of the company’s strategy to strengthen the Parent Company. Jan Tjernell and Frida Adrian, who will become part of the company’s management team, will assume their new roles in the autumn.

Jan Tjernell has extensive experience as a company solicitor in the telecom industry, including serving as General Counsel at Tele2 for eleven years. Frida Adrian will join Mr Green from her role as Investor Relations Manager at Länsförsäkringar Bank, having previously worked in investor relations and communications at Investor for many years.
