New motion for resolution at the annual general meeting on 24 April, 2014

As communicated in a press release April 16, 2014, the board of directors in Green Gaming Group Plc have resolved to acquire all outstanding shares in the Malta-based companies DSRPTV Gaming Ventures Ltd and Social Holdings Ltd. As a result a new motion for resolution will be added to the annual general meeting. The new motion 19, which will be the last motion for resolution on the agenda, will be to approve the above mentioned acquisitions.
