Parties with insider positions in Mr Green & Co reduce their holdings

Mikael Pawlo, President of Mr Green & Co – a company that is listed on the Aktietorget exchange – has reduced his shareholding in the company by 200,000 shares. As a result, his holding, which is owned via companies, amounts to 1,809,800 shares, corresponding to 5.05% of both the share capital and the voting rights in Mr Green & Co.

Martin Trollborg has also reduced his shareholding by 200,000 shares. As a result, his holding, which is owned directly and indirectly via companies, amounts to 1,915,800 shares, corresponding to 5.34% of both the share capital and the voting rights.
