Per Norman – proposed Board member of the AktieTorget-listed Mr Green & Co – has purchased 110,000 shares in Mr Green. Accordingly, his holding now amounts to 370,000 shares.

The sellers are members of the founder consortium:

  • Henrik Bergquist – 33,286 shares – Remaining holding: 6,704,894
  • Hans Fajerson – 45,610 shares – Remaining holding: 7,377,594
  • Fredrik Sidfalk – 21,349 shares – Remaining holding: 4,300,328
  • Martin Trollborg – 9,755 shares – Remaining holding: 1,965,005
