Williams highlights flexible designs that can be tailored to each site’s refrigeration needs

Williams will show its latest refrigeration designs at Gulfood, including professional refrigerated cabinets, blast chillers and bottle coolers. The company will also spotlight the flexibility of its manufacturing and design, which allows operators to tailor many of its products to suit their site’s needs.

“This flexibility is especially important in the Middle East, where customers often have very specific design requirements,” says Martin Laws, marketing manager at Williams. “Our huge range of options, which includes a wide choice of drawer and well configurations, allows operators, designers and specifiers to get exactly the refrigeration solution they want.”

Jade counters with various drawer configurations will feature on the stand, as well as a Williams undercounter blast chiller. The latter offers all the benefits of the company’s larger blast chillers, including Williams’ simple 1-2-3 control panel, in a compact unit capable of chilling or freezing a 10kg load.

One of Williams’ specialist Bottle Cooler cabinets will also be displayed. Designed to cope with the testing demands of the busiest bar, Williams Coolers keep drinks cold, look great and offer an eye-catching display.

Williams’ Jade upright cabinets are another product featured on the stand. Their sleek looks and high performance, including operation in up to 43°C ambient, make them one of Williams’ most popular refrigeration lines in the Middle East.
