Williams brings Gem Multidecks and more to Gulfood 2014, the Middle East’s premier hospitality show

Stand Z-M47, Zabeel Hall, Gulfood 2014, Dubai World Trade Center Centre, February 23-27

Following on from its success at last year’s exhibition, Williams Refrigeration will return to Gulfood in 2014 to showcase its flagship range of refrigerated cabinets and counters. Located at the World Trade Center in Dubai, Gulfood is the Middle East’s premier hospitality show.

Williams will be exhibiting as part of the UK CESA pavilion in Zabeel Hall, Stand Z-M47. As a member of the ALI Group of companies, it will exhibit alongside Mono Equipment and Falcon Foodservice Equipment.

Ever since a company office was set up in Dubai over ten years ago, Williams has enjoyed a growing presence in the Middle East. Many of the region’s prestige hotels and restaurants use Williams’s professional refrigeration.

The Williams Stand will include a stunning looking model from its latest Gem range of Multidecks. New to the Middle Eastern market, the cabinet’s rear-loading doors provide easy access to the refrigerated items on display, allowing for the quick and convenient restocking of merchandise. Available in a choice of stainless steel colour finishes with robust LED strip lighting, Gem Multidecks are ideal for front of house display in the increasingly popular grab-and-go sector.

Two models from Williams’ popular Jade range will also feature at Gulfood 2014. The HJ1 Upright cabinet and HJC2 counter are designed for the rigorous, daily operation essential in professional catering kitchens, operating effectively and efficiently in 43ºC ambient temperatures.

The Jade series further reinforces Williams’ commitment to sustainability. All the company’s latest refrigeration is designed in compliance to its Greenlogic initiative. Dedicated to supplying the latest eco-friendly refrigeration possible, find out more about Greenlogic at www.greenlogic.info.

Other items on Williams’ stand include its WBCF30 Blast Chiller Freezer. Williams’ blast chillers are designed to ensure food is maintained in the best possible condition without dehydration. The AirSmart feature, with its clever airflow design, ensures even chilling. Food at 90°C can be reduced to 3°C in 90 minutes, thereby preventing the potential hazards of slow cooling.

Williams Refrigeration offers a comprehensive range of commercial refrigeration including gastronorm cabinets and counters, specialist bakery equipment, coldrooms, merchandisers and blast chillers.
