WASHINGTON, DC (March 11, 2014)—WilmerHale is pleased to welcome Tara D. Elliott as a partner in the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation Group in Washington DC. Ms. Elliott brings deep technical knowledge and more than a decade of experience litigating high-stakes intellectual property disputes. Ms. Elliott was most recently a principal at a major US law firm. In 2011, she was appointed as a Special Master in the US District Court for the District of Delaware to assist the court with managing disputes in complex matters and IP litigation. She is a current member of the Federal
