Appointment of Peter Alsworth underlines commitment to ‘one stop shop’ for warewashing
Leading warewasher manufacturer Winterhalter has appointed Peter Alsworth as Chemical Sales Director of its UK Chemical and Hygiene Division. Alsworth is recognised as a leading expert in the market and the move underlines the company’s commitment to expanding its Chemical and Hygiene Division’s operations.
Peter Alsworth has nearly 30 years experience in cleaning chemicals for the hospitality industry, having worked with Cleenol Group, the cleaning chemical manufacturer, since he was 22, when he joined as a van salesman. He left as Sales and Marketing Director but, he says, “During my time there I did just about every job – on the shop floor, on the road and in the office.” Consequently he has a breadth of knowledge covering products, product development, hygiene systems and packaging, as well as experience in the hospitality, healthcare, distributor, leisure and export markets.

Peter Alsworth is married and lives inRoyal Leamington Spa. His interests include classic motorcycles, DIY, gardening, cooking, real ales and good wines. He will be based in WinterhalterUK’s head office inMilton Keynes.
