A warewasher is a valuable asset and the best way to ensure trouble-free warewashing is to make sure the machine is properly looked after. Even the best warewashers require regular maintenance and running repairs or they could breakdown at a crucial moment and incur high call out and repair charges.
To ensure that its customers enjoy trouble free, hygienic warewashing at all times, Winterhalter has launched a simplified, two-tiered version of its service contracts. For as little as £1.63 a day Winterhalter’s specialist technicians take care of customers’ machines and replace any worn or damaged items with genuine Winterhalter quality parts.
The basic Premium Cover provides call out, labour and parts cover, so if the machine fails an engineer will be on hand to make the repair quickly, efficiently and for no extra cost.
Premium Plus Cover is for those who require total peace of mind. It includes maintenance as part of the package. As with Premium Cover an engineer will fix the machine and replace any faulty parts for no extra cost. However in addition Winterhalter will schedule in a regular preventative maintenance programme to ensure equipment is working to its optimum parameters, delivering the best results and keeping running costs to a minimum.
Cover is available for all the company’s dishwashers and glasswashers and can be extended to cover conveyor systems, sinks, tabling and water softeners if required. Winterhalter can tailor the package to suit a customer’s individual needs and can even offer maintenance contracts for other manufacturers’ machines.
