Four smart companies unite to form Wioniq

Four European companies specializing in smart, data-driven solutions for the water, energy and building industry are joining forces to launch a new company. Swedish Wideco along with the Dutch companies Inter Act and iReal, and Finnish Slatek are launching Wioniq. The newly formed company is part of the Wienerberger AG. “Wioniq represents a merger of four companies that successfully deliver smart, data-driven and automated solutions for water, energy, as well as the property and construction industry," says Karl-Johan Wirfalk, Managing Director of Wioniq.
