The exercise price for the warrants of series TO1 in XMReality AB (publ) has been determined

On May 8, 2023, the exercise period begins for warrants of series TO1 in XMReality AB (publ) ("XMReality" or "the Company") and the exercise price has been determined to SEK 0.55 per share. The exercise period runs until May 19, 2023. Two (2) warrants of series TO1 entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share in the Company at a price of SEK 0.55 per share. If all warrants of series TO1 are exercised, the Company will receive approximately SEK 13.1 million before issue costs. In order for the warrants not to expire without value, it is required that the holder subscribes for shares no later than May 19, 2023, or alternatively sells the warrants no later than May 16 26, 2023.

  • Exercise period: May 8 – 19, 2023.
  • Exercise price: SEK 0.55 per share.
  • Issue size: A total of 47,555,269 warrants of series TO1 were issued. If all warrants of series TO1 are exercised, the Company will receive approximately SEK 13.1 million before issue costs.
  • Last day for trading with warrants of series TO1: May 16, 2023.

Note that the warrants that are not exercised on May 19, 2023 or sold on May 16, 2023, at the latest, will expire without value. In order for the warrants not to lose their value, the holder must actively subscribe for new shares or sell the warrants. Please observe that certain nominees might close their application earlier than May 19, 2023.
